THE NEED FOR THE REMOVAL OF FUEL SUBSIDY AND THE POLITICS OF INTEREST

The ongoing subtle campaign for the removal of fuel subsidy seems to be gaining more momentum in the recent days. It shows clearly from all indications that the. subsidy regime is not sustainable if we must continue to have the fuel in abundance at our filling stations, good roads hospitals etc.

Please, don't get me wrong. There is no country in the world where subsidy doesn't come to play even in the United States.
