Early Morning Blast kills Boko Haram member in Maiduguri, Military Forces Say

The Joint Task Force (JTF) in Maiduguri, Borno state says early morning blast killed one suspected Islamic militant sect, Boko Haram while attempting to plant an explosive in Gidan Dambe area of the Metropolis.
Colonel Victor Ebhaleme Field Operations officer of the Joint Task Force Colonel Victor Ebhaleme Confirmed the incident while speaking to reporters at the scene of the blast in Maiduguri.
” We heard a bang at the early hours of this morning, JTF quickly mobilise to the scene and found one dead suspected Boko Haram Terrorist ” Ebhaleme said.
Colonel Ebhaleme reveal that” lurk ran against the terrorist when he was trying to plant an Improvised Explosive Device”.
Ebhaleme call on the public to assist the JTF in identifying the terrorist” because these people live amongst the community. I believe this is the last stage of their existence in Borno.”
