BREAKING NEWS: AN EXPLOSION KILLS 13 IN LIBYA

A blast has been reported in the Libyan capital of Tripoli. Witnesses say a large explosion was heard near a building which houses several foreign embassies including those of Britain and Canada.
 A source working inside the Tripoli Towers building who heard the blast and saw a car in flames outside. He believes the attack originated in a car park of a residential compound adjacent to Tripoli Towers
