PMB: GOOD INTENTION AND PERCEPTION MUST NOT BE OPPOSITE BY TUNDE ADENUGA

The same antibiotics(change) will kill a man if he fails to take it bit by bit.

The last election results show clearly that Nigeria is DIVIDED along various lines especially on religion and tribe.Only a fool will be deceived on this. I am sorry. I am still lost in between words. The truth is Nobody can raise a litigation against the President on the skewness of his appointment so far and win in any law court because PMB has not broken any law as far those appointments are concerned. But there is a place of morality and wisdom in decision making which is even stronger than legality. Perception is key and it's everything.

Before I am crucified, I am not championing tribalism over competency but a migration that will be gradual and not a sharp
one. Don't be deceived by any motivator especially those who are good with rhythms that will come and tell you lies. Religion and Culture are the whole essence of man. That is why it will be difficult to advise my Muslim sisters in the north to stop wearing HIJAB/VEIL in order to prevent suicide bombers. They will rather die for what they believe is right . So, tribalism and religion sentiments do not go easily.

I still believe there is no section in this country where we don't have competent hands even with our level of corruption. It either PMB is not searching well or he doesn't know the people he claims to be governing beyond the North. How do you explain this with the level of our cultural sensitivity of 35 appointments going to the North out of about 40 altogether and you don't want to be misinterpreted against a region where we have best schools and profs? I don't know how he will sell this and make profit.

PMB needs to go and study Prof Aluko bending theory and Emil Durkhim theory of man sociocultural values. I still believe PMB has a good intention for this country. He must never forget that he can only sell that good intention when you have the bias of your people and when the nation is one. Change is difficult. This is why it must be gradual. 35:5 is too sharp for me to absorb. And no single personality representing the east so far. This may be hard to swallow but I can boldly tell you it is the truth. Anyone who tells you otherwise, it's either he is ignorant of the management of sociocultural values in a nation building or just trying to deceive you. PMB must wake up.

God bless Nigeria
