BREAKING: APC Disciplinary Committee Reccomends Timi Frank Expulsion

A Five Man disciplinary committee set up by the Zonal Executive Chairman of the All the All Progressives Congress (APC) has recommend the expulsion of the National Publicity Secretary, Comrade Timi Frank from the ruling party.

The committee headed by Hon. Solomon Edojah said it relied on Article 21 D (h) (ii) and (iii) of the party’s constitution to recommend for Frank’s expulsion from the party.
Timi Frank has been a major critic of the National Chairman of APC, John Odigie-Oyegun and has repeatedly called for his sack.

In a petition written by one Aniekan Akpabio, Timi Frank
was alleged to have made several embarrassing statements against his own party.
In the copy of the committee’s report made available to our Source. the committee stated that since Timi Frank failed to appear before it to answer the petition written against him, it has no choice than to rely on the Prima Facie evidence tendered by the petitioner consequent upon which the committee decided that he should be suspended from the party.

“However, since the committee is not a father Christmas, it has no choice than to rely on the Prima Facie evidence tendered by the petitioner. Consequent upon which, the committee hereby recommends as follows:
1. That Timi Frank be suspended from the party forthwith in line with Article 21 D (f).
2. The Zonal executive committee should recommend to the NEC for the expulsion of Timi Frank from the party in line with Article 21 D (h) (ii) and (iii).
We recall that the feud between Timi Frank and the National Chairman, John Odigie-Oyegun stated that the former has no right to speak on behalf of the party after Lai Mohammedn the ex while spokesman of the party was appointed Minister of Information and Culture by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Recently, there have been reports from different quarters that the party was planning to appoint former minister of Sports and Youth Development, Alhaji Bolaji Abdullahi as substantive Spokesman of the party.
